  just finished talking to steve a half hour ago.. november 19 at 10pm est, steve hassan's interview will air on cult free radio on ustream.

  As for Teary Oberon's blog, he's a troll not worth even opening a dialogue with or about, IMO.

  About the timing of the show, there is no good time to do it live that will accommodate everyone. It is too late even for me, but it allows the west coast of the USA to listen in without taking out a chunk of their afternoon. In the continental USA it begins at 7, 8, 9, or 10, depending on which time zone you're in. In Australia it starts at around lunch time on Sunday. The timing sucks for the Europeans and Africans, though. But it's recorded and anyone can now listen/watch at any time.

  Don't forget that the 2.4% increase is for average publisher number. Peak is what they tend to emphasize and will probably be around three and a quarter percent.

  @Mickey Mouse, the interview is prerecorded so I can't ask him anything tonight. He did address the difference between born-ins and converts, though.

  For any who can't listen live, the recordings (unless there are technical difficulties) always remain on the UStream channel and are also available through UStream, the Facebook page, and www.ex-jw.com (audio mp3 only). I have five of the shows up on youtube and hope to get the rest caught up over the holidays.

  i used to be able to say the term "the truth" with no issue.

  that was whether i was speaking to jw's or not.

  now all i can say is the "witnesses"(catching myself before saying 'witlesses').

  china has protested president obama's plan for increased usa military in northern australia this week.

  i was just thinking, the usa is bankrupt and china has all the cash...not to mention 1 billion people!!!

  have anyone of you read, the absolutly jaw dropping paragraph in this article about a women who was hit by her husband?

  its in page 25 of the 2/15/12 wt study edition (i read the dumbed down version).. .

  if there was any question, that the watchtowers stance is for wives to simply take it when their husbands abuse them, this makes it crystal clear.. who the hell is scanning these things before they go to print?

  I have it on good authority that rather than phrase the scripture "won without a word" there was a faction of the NWT translation committee who wanted it to say "STFU Bitch!" but it didn't get the requisite 2/3 majority to pass.

  The Borg is one of the most misogynistic groups on the planet. It's disgusting.

  That's the ENTIRE POINT OF BRAINWASHING! You DON'T KNOW it is happening.

  I am so glad these "experiences" are made-up. I would hate to think people say such idiotic things in real life. (yeah yeah, I know they really do say such stupid things but the delusion that people aren't idiots gives me comfort, ok?)

  Neither of them look like anything approaching Ian Fleming though.
